    The website was easy to use. my order qualified for free shipping and arrived quickly. The product itself seemed function properly. The issue I had was that the design had a spot wasn’t getting ink and the stamp image wasn’t consistently dark. I inspected the stamp and found that the ink pad had an imperfection that caused a blank spot. I was able to flip the pad and got lucky that the design would now at least, get ink on the whole design. It should have been caught at the shop. There is a sample of the stamped design on the top of the handle that shows the imperfection on the design and it was easily visible for anyone at the shop to see. now I’m not sure if I want to buy again because I might find something I can’t fix. I am happy with my stamp Even though, I wish it was consistently dark. it makes me wonder if the ink pad is still an issue. ~Art
