Ordering was easy through the website, the product arrived here in Canada in a timely fashion, and the product was exactly what I had hoped it would be, now for the fail... I was not sure how much ink to pour onto the industrial pad I purchased, turns out it took the whole bottle(could have used more), anyway, I used, it tested it, and all was great. Came back to it a week later the ink pad is dry( it was kept closed and sealed in a ziplock bag). Is this common? Did I do something wrong? Should this not hold ink and be usable more then once? After all the currency exchange shipping fees and duties I paid to have this arrive only to use it once and then to require an order for more ink to be placed can't be right. Is it possible that this is not my fault, is it possible that more education needs to be posted on your website to inform first time customers like myself regarding amounts of ink that need to be purchased for certain pads and time restrictions to the actual use of the product?
I would love to get some feedback from a real person on my issue, thank you for your time.
