The ordering/design options were easy to understand and kinda fun! This site has so many size/color/shape options, and VERY fairly priced! I don't think I'll be looking elsewhere for customized stamps. Our stamp was made and sent out super fast. Also, their customer service REALLY pays attention! We had ordered an ink refill to go with our new stamp, but they realized it was the wrong kind of ink; a rep called us to confirm our intents, and then they just updated our order to provide the proper ink! From there, the shipping took barely 2-3 days. Gotta love that extra attention to detail!
