Rubber Stamp Champ is proud to offer free shipping on orders of $10 or more (excluding tax) shipped within the
Continental United States. This offer excludes orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
(Priority Mail rates will apply).  Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.  Orders under $10
are charged a $4.95 shipping and handling fee.  Orders are shipped F.O.B. San Diego, California.

In general, all orders are shipped in 72 hours or less.  Larger orders (500+ stamps) may take an extra day or two.
The estimated delivery time depends on the type of shipping method you choose.  Please note the delivery times
below do not include our 72 hour-or-less production time.


UPS RED & UPS BLUE ORDERS:
These orders are shipped the same day if placed before 9:00 a.m. P.S.T. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday deliveries not available.


UPS GROUND ORDERS:
UPS Ground orders take 2-5 business days from the day we ship.  See UPS delivery map below for your specific location.


FREE FREIGHT ORDERS:
Free freight orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground and take 2-7 business days from the day we ship.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL/MILITARY/APO/FPO/AE ORDERS:
These orders take 2-10 days for delivery from the day we ship.

If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Orders with custom
art may be delayed if we receive artwork that does not meet our specifications.  

RETURN POLICY
At Rubber Stamp Champ, we pride ourselves on strict quality control standards and systems that ensure the vast majority of
orders will be perfect. If or any reason we do make an error on a stamp, or the stamp does not function according to it's
specifications, we will replace it free of charge. However, if a customer enters their text information with mistakes or typos,
we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product
which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered. Finally, if
after ordering you realize you want to change or cancel your order, contact us via email immediately, we work on a very
fast turnaround and cannot make changes or cancellations unless they come in immediately after your order is placed.
