Shipping Policy


When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship in 48-72 hours
excluding weekends and holidays.
Large orders may take an extra day or two.
Orders arrive 2-5 business days after we ship and will come
First Class Mail (no tracking) or UPS Ground for larger orders.
Some items have longer production times.*

Need it quicker?
Please select overnight or 2-day shipping
and we will ship the same day if order is in before noon Eastern.

Orders placed after noon Eastern ship the next day.
No Saturday deliveries.

Orders over $10 are shipped free when you select Free Shipping at checkout (excluding CA tax and shipped within the Continental United States).
Orders under $10 are charged a $4.95 shipping and handling fee.  We do not charge tax for orders outside of California.
Priority Mail orders will arrive in 2-3 business days from the day we ship.
Free shipping does not apply to Canada orders.  First Class Mail shipping will apply and can take up to 14 days for delivery.
Military orders should select Priority Mail and will arrive in 5-10 business days from the day we ship.
Most all of our products are made and shipped from San Diego, California.

Xstamper pre-inked stamps
These stamps are laser engraved and take 2 days for production, plus the time of your shipping method.

Xstamper Industrial Pre-Inked Stamps
5-7 production days and are shipped direct to you from our LA Warehouse.
Please allow two weeks for this item to arrive with regular shipping. 
You can also select overnight or 2-day shipping and your order will usually arrive within 7 business days.

Seal Embossers
2 days production, plus the time of your shipping method.

Custom Band Stamps
3-4 days production, plus the time of your shipping method.

If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
Orders with custom art may be delayed if we receive artwork that does not meet our specifications.

At Rubber Stamp Champ, we pride ourselves on strict quality control standards and systems that ensure the vast majority of orders will be perfect. If or any reason we do make an error on a stamp, or the stamp does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge. However, if a customer enters their text information with mistakes or typos, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered. Finally, if after ordering you realize you want to change or cancel your order, contact us via email immediately, we work on a very fast turnaround and cannot make changes or cancellations unless they come in immediately after your order is placed.
