Not an extremely wet pad, but I guess that works fine for henna tattoos. Multiple presses to wet the stamp, but worked well n looks nice. Don't get me wrong, though; it is not a dry pad. Also, I'm no stamping pro, so my opinions are just that, opinions.
Personally, I wish that the henna color skin safe ink was available by itself, to be used to refill this pad, or to purchase with the 752 kit, as that kit is a far superior option, in my opinion.

Ink did not hold up well after drying. A light brush against it with a finger was all it took to smudge the ink. Might be good for kids, but if you have adult purposes for this you'll want to find a better option.
