Art Requirements For Custom Stamps
Custom rubber stamps can be used on many different surfaces and in many different ways. To make sure you get the exact stamp for your needs, and to ensure the best quality impression, please review all our design requirements.
Image Requirements
Follow our customization guidelines for uploading a clean, black and white image so we can produce a perfect impression, no matter what size or type of stamp you select. For intricate artwork, or special questions, go to Design Help, or call 800-469-7826.

Art Guidelines

  • All Images must be a minimum of 1200 dpi
  • Black and white art ONLY
  • Fonts must be at least 8-point to provide readability
  • No bold styling on under 10-point font

Note: If you are having problems uploading your file, you can order your stamp blank and then send your artwork to sales@rubberstampchamp.com with your order number in the subject.
Acceptable Stamp Artwork
LOGO USE ON STAMPS: Please make sure your logo art is consistent with our art requirements. To use a logo that is not yours, you must first get written permission from its owner and provide that with your order, or we won't be able to produce your stamp.
Creating a Signature Stamp
Write your Signature
Sign with black pen or marker on white paper. Scan or photograph and save as acceptable file type.
Choose your Stamp
Go to our Signature Stamps category and select the type of stamp you wish to customize.
Upload Signature
On your product selection click customize, and add artwork, to upload your file. Only jpg files will provide a preview to adjust.
Add to Cart & Checkout
Add your signature stamp to the shopping cart and checkout!
