This rubber stamp is for Restrictive Endorsements of U.S. Bearer Securities, Title 31, Part §328.5 and §328.6. There are 5 versions of this sovereign restrictive endorsement stamp to choose from. Please view the photos and choose the right version for your needs. United States Treasury. For presentation to is Version 1. For versions 2-5, you must enter a city for the Federal Reserve Bank and we will enter that on the stamp. For each version you have a choice between a Traditional Wood Hand Stamp, which requires the use of a separate pad, or a premium Xstamper Pre-Inked Stamp with blue ink. The pre-inked stamp will last for 50,000 impressions, can easily be reinked to extend the use of your stamp, and has a lifetime guarantee.
