We are not responsible for the fines and/or penalties you may incur for use of a trademark or logo without written permission from its owner. To get permission, write a letter to the trademark owner. Include a description of why you are asking and how the logo will be used. Third parties should never use someone else's logo without a licensed agreement, including program and corporate logos. If you include a trademark or logo without proof of your authorization to do so we will not produce your stamp.

How do I upload graphics?
Most of our custom stamps will allow you to upload your black and white artwork. Stamps can be customized with text only or you can add your logo/artwork. Once you have chosen your stamp, click the red "Customize" button to go to our designer page.

To add custom text, click the "Simple View" or "Line Options" tab.
To add a custom logo/artwork, click the "Artwork" tab.

Add a jpg file - Upload a black and white jpg @ 600 dpi or higher. Must be black and white with no color or grayscale. You can add optional text and preview online.

Add clipart - Click the browse button to add one of our stock clipart images. You can add optional text and preview online.

Add a pdf, ai or eps file - This section is for files that are sized correctly and ready to go with no additional editing. You will not be able to add text or preview online. Art must be black and white with no color or grayscale. Vector art is preferred.

If you have a pdf, ai, or eps file and would like to add custom text, here’s how:
a) Customize stamp with text you desire first. Do not attach the file online.
b) Type "WILL EMAIL ARTWORK" in special instructions and any other things we need to know.
c) If you require a proof, please tell us in special instructions. Proofs are emailed in 24-48 hours.
d) Email art file with your order number in the subject after you complete your order.

What is your shipping policy?

NEW! Free Shipping On Orders Over $75!

Free shipping on orders over $75 applies to orders shipped within the United States. We ship most of our orders in 1-3 business days so you can get your stamps fast! Large orders may take an extra day or two. For orders under $75, a shipping fee will apply. See flat rate shipping charges below by order total.

Orders to Canada can take up to 14 days to arrive. Orders ship from San Diego, California. We do not charge tax outside of California. Drop shipped orders with Xstamper F-Series stamps, JustRite Metal stamps, Shiny Alpha & Numeric stamps or Western UV or Metal Inspection stamps are not available for Priority Mail Express. Products will ship according to the shipping methods below with a few exceptions that are listed below.

If you place your order before 9:00 a.m. P.S.T. Monday - Friday, and select overnight shipping, we will ship the same day.

Shipping Methods
First Class Mail (free) - Arrives in 2-7 business days after we ship.
Priority Mail - Ships within 2-3 business days. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
Priority Mail Express - Ships next business day​. Arrives in one business day ​after we ship ​by 3:00 p.m.
UPS Ground - Arrives in 1-5 business days after we ship.
UPS Overnight - Ships same day if your order is placed before 9:00 a.m., otherwise it will ship the next business day.
UPS 2-Day - Ships same day if your order is placed before 9:00 a.m., otherwise it will ship the next business day.
UPS 3-Day - Ships same day if your order is placed before 9:00 a.m., otherwise it will ship the next business day.

Items with longer production times
Alpha/Numeric Stamps ship in 7 business days.
Embossers and corporate seal embossers ship in 2-3 business days.
Xstamper F-Series stamps ship in 5 business days.
Xstampers ship in 3-4 business days.

Rubber Stamps on Cardboard
Rubber stamps do not work well on corrugated, assembled cardboard and other uneven surfaces. Please contact us by phone or email for options before buying. If you intend to stamp on this type of surface, we cannot guarantee the results or provide a refund on stamps used in a way to which they weren't intended.

When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time depends on the type of shipping method you choose. Most orders are shipped in 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need your stamps faster, please choose UPS Next Day Air (Overnight) or UPS Blue (2 day). These orders are shipped the same day if placed before 9:00 a.m. P.S.T. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Larger orders may take an extra day. Free freight orders are shipped First Class Mail from San Diego, California and take 2-7 business days. UPS Ground deliveries take 1-5 business days. If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after it is transmitted?
After an order is placed there is a small amount of time in which to cancel the order, usually about 20 minutes after transmission. If you need to change or cancel, call us immediately at 800.469.7826 x 103 and have your order # handy. You can leave a message or email us at sales@rubberstampchamp.com with your order# in the subject.
How do I set up an account to billed Net 30?
If you are ordering from a business, government, military, bank or a school, we may be able to set your company up to be invoiced on a Net 30 basis rather than pay by credit card. You will need to be approved before selecting this option otherwise, your order will be delayed. Call us at 800.469.7826 and inquire about being set up as an online "Net 30" customer. This takes just a few minutes and you'll be ready to order!
Is sales tax added to my online order?
Sales tax of is added to California customers only. If you are reseller, please call 800.469.7826 and fax your reseller's permit to 888.507.7826 and we'll set you up tax-exempt.
How will I know that my order was processed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is placed. We reserve the right to accept or decline to manufacturer certain images.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can log in to your account, click on your account, and then click on order history.
What is your return policy?
At Rubber Stamp Champ, we pride ourselves on strict quality control standards and systems that ensure the vast majority of orders will be perfect. If for any reason we do make an error on a stamp, or the stamp does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge. However, if a customer enters their text information with mistakes or typos, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered. We reserve the right to accept or decline to manufacturer certain images. Finally, if after ordering you realize you want to change or cancel your order, contact us via email immediately, we work on a very fast turnaround and cannot make changes or cancellations unless they come in immediately after your order is placed.
What if I forget my login name or password?
Click on the Sign In icon on the top of our Home Page. Click on the link Forgot Your Password? Just type in your last name and email and we will be glad to email your password to the email address you previously provided. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please select Priority Mail at checkout.
I want to reorder a stamp I previously ordered
If you had saved templates on our old site, they will have to be recreated on our new site and from then on, you can "reorder" them without having to redesign them by going to the "Reorders" section of your account. You can always call us if you need assistance at (800) 469-7826.
