I received the product exactly as described and in a timely manner. I'm a bit skeptical of the construction though. It's billed as a metal unit. Much of it is indeed a good quality metal for its application however, the innards and moving parts are all plastic and appear to be manufactured by the same company that made the last one I bought that failed.
So far it works fantastic and produces a nice, crisp image. I look forward to many thousands of stamps! :-)
